Cancellation Policy

If you are ill or have a medical condition that prevents you from keeping your appointment, please call to re-schedule; failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee.

Re-dos must take place before two weeks after initial service.

If you no-show, or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged for 50% of your service.

Late Policy for Pink Ruby Salon: If you are up to 15 minutes late, we might be able to provide your service, however, this does not guarantee the full service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment. In this case you will be charged half of the service scheduled.
